NOTE: This home will not be on the Home Tour and this is an opportunity to view one of Claremont's historic homes up-close and personal.
Built in 1963, this is the second house constructed the Claraboya development. One of three model homes. It was featured in Life Magazine in 1964, and also in the Los Angeles Times. A mid-century modem post and beam gem with a dramatic low-pitched roof, it has stunning views of the Pomona and San Gabriel Valleys, on a clear day you may be able to see Catalina Island.
