This year’s tour, Intersection: Art & Architecture, celebrates 41 years of Home Tours and will once again be in-person on Sunday, October 8th. Tickets available NOW!

NOTE: PLEASE NOTE: Everyone MUST CHECK-IN at Garner House to get your Wristband and guide (required for ENTRY to the homes)

Check-in Opens at 9:30 am ~ Houses open at 10:00 am

DAY OF Check-in Instructions:
~ If you bought your Ticket Online - go to the WILL CALL to pick up your physical ticket that you will exchange for your wristband and guide brochure
~ If you have a Physical Ticket - Fill out the information on your Ticket and exchange it at the PICKUP BROCHURE table to get your Wristband and guide.

You may visit the homes at your own pace but give yourself 2 - 3 hours to see everything. Your ticket includes a collectible souvenir booklet with histories of the homes and neighborhoods.

NOTE: On the day of the tour, all tour-goers must check in at the Garner House to receive your map and souvenir booklet and wristband for entrance to homes. Advance tickets will be available at will-call under the purchasers name.

This year's tour promises to be an exceptional event, with docent-led tours of six beautiful homes that have a connection to Claremont’s significant art heritage. Featuring past or current homes and studios of some of Claremont’s most noted artists, this tour will give an insight into how local artists lived and worked.

Some of the artists homes studios included on the tour will be Karl Benjamin, Harrison McIntosh, James & Liz Fuller, Cathy Garcia, and Sandy Garcia.

Claremont Heritage is proud to organize the Home Tour every year, and the organization relies on the support of the community to continue its work in preserving the city's heritage. By attending the Home Tour, visitors can contribute to the organization's efforts to maintain the city's rich architectural and cultural legacy.

This event is perfect for anyone interested in architecture, art, or local history. Tickets for the Home Tour will go on sale September 1, 2023, at www.claremontheritage.org

Tickets Sales will begin Tuesday, Sept. 5th at business locations throughout Claremont, including the historic Garner House, home of Claremont Heritage, and where tour-goers will check in.

Claremont Heritage, a non-profit organization, was formed in 1976 by citizens of Claremont to carry out a mission to advance, preserve and celebrate the historic architectural, natural and cultural resources of our community through collaboration, education and advocacy.
